BE ASSERTIVE

Be Assertive is a one year innovative intervention in the sub counties of Busedde, Buyengo, Busedde and Kasozi in Jinja district by TUH Uganda in partnership with TUH NL to ensure continued empowerment of  300 young girls with Sexual Reproductive Health information through a peer to peer led approach focusing on skilling young people as peer educators

Objectives of Be Assertive Project

The project will seek to;

• Increase knowledge/awareness of 300 young women on where, when and how to obtain SRH services.
• Increase and sustain uptake of SRH services among 300 young women.
• Empower 300 young women to be meaningfully involved in (SRHR) issues affecting them.
